Olaya's Blessing Part 3

After the meeting we came home to party.
Food. Family. Friends.
We tried to get a few pics of Olaya but she was
quickly running out of patience.
This is a great shot of the beautiful bow,
but Olaya was not very happy.
I love this winking pose.
Miguel was with me in the room.
Again he wanted to be close to her.

My sister Samantha hogged time with Olaya.

With sun shining, the kids were able to frolic about.

Cousin Dreyson loving on baby.

My sister Maggie caught us stealing a moment
away from the festivities.

Brother in law Jeff with my man.

Mackley, our neighbor, loves her baby "laya".

Our Polynesian family joined us.

I am blessed to have awesome friends.
Kelly and her son and Janis (Mackley's mom)
relaxed after all the yummy food.

Prior to living in this home, my friend Michele lived here.
In fact, she married her husband out in the backyard.
The last time Irene was here was for their wedding.
I am so happy she came for our big event also all the
way from New Zealand.
No..Michele's husband is from New Zealand and Irene
just happened to fly in on Sat.
I am happy they took some time to join us.
Irene brought toys New Zealand toys for Olaya,
Wheat-Bix cereal for Abete and
some awesome opossum lined booties for Olaya also.

Michele with her first grand baby, Lyric and her husband,
Malcolm, son Matt (forgetting his girlfriends name right now).

Belle with her friends.
Girls time is great.
Had to throw this pic of Malcolm and Michele in the backyard
when they got married.  We have both had
happy moments in this home.
The day was wonderful.
The help of everyone with food and treats made
things easier on me.
Cheryl was awesome to help me clean up afterwards.
Before she left, the dishes were all done,
floors were swept and we even had time to be sad
she was heading home the next morning.

This day was indeed in celebration of Olaya's blessing.
In addition it was a day of love.
Love of our Savior and Father in Heaven.
Love of friends and family.
A few of my favorite things.
